Requirements

• Be in college studying education, child development or a related industry, have a degree in those fields, and/or have at least three years of professional experience working with children and/or young adults

• Must pass a national criminal background check, county level criminal check, sex offender search, and motor vehicle check

• A minimum one-year commitmentwith a family

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• A CPR/First aid certification must be obtained prior to working with a family

• Consists of questions noting your:

  • Name, address, contact and demographic information

  • Availability and interested role(s) within the agency (nanny, babysitter, event care)

  • Background and experience working with children and/or young adults

    • Include ten years of applicable job experience

• Four short answer questions
