CWE RI 2024 Rising Star Award Winner

Founder, Tiesha Sinouthasy is proud to be the 2024 Rising Star award winner through the Center for Women and Enterprise (CWE) Rhode Island chapter! Every year, CWE nominates 25 members of the client family who have shown success and created economic opportunity. Rising Star winners are CWE’s featured clients for the year! According to the Center for Women and Enterprise “these women represent all of the women who are lifting up the world -- and the very reason we strive to make a difference with everyone in the CWE community.”

Peace of Mind Nannies wouldn't exist without the Center for Women and Enterprise. When Tiesha was still unsure about starting a business, she attended a business plan workshop at CWE Rhode Island in 2019. The staff member asked participants to share their business or business idea with the group and once she did, Tiesha received overwhelming response and support from staff and participants. That truly gave her the confidence to start Peace of Mind Nannies! The business plan workshop, and subsequent meetings with staff gave her that key foundation for the agency. Through CWE, Tiesha has secured support with marketing, a lawyer, accountant, and a mentor.
