Agency fees include:

  1. Registration fee - $175

  2. Placement fee*

31+ $75 per child

*Additional placement fee charged when requesting a service on one of the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Hiring party is responsible for paying the sitters an hourly rate starting at $35 (RI) - $40 (MA)

Placement process (6+ weeks)

  1. Complete booking reservation below

  2. Consultation

  3. Paperwork completion by the hiring couple or company

  4. Paperwork completion by the parents

  5. Agency outreach to caregivers

  6. Collaboration with the event point person/event planner

Staffing determined by the ages and number of children noted in the following ratios below. Though not exact, it can be helpful in the initial planning process.
