We are overjoyed to announce a major milestone for Peace of Mind Nannies – our 5-year anniversary! According to the Small Business Administration, only 50% of businesses make it to the 5 year mark. In many ways it feels like just yesterday we began this journey, and in other ways it feels like many years ago. Starting during the pandemic and persevering through those unknowns was such a challenging time and we’re so proud to be here! Tiesha started this agency with a simple yet powerful mission: to connect families with professional, reliable, and engaging caregivers, offering parents the ultimate peace of mind.
Founded in 2020, Peace of Mind Nannies has grown from a small Rhode Island-based business into a trusted name in professional nanny services, now proudly serving families across Massachusetts. Over the past five years, we've remained committed to providing personalized experiences for families while fostering meaningful relationships with the incredible nannies who make our mission possible.
There are several highlights from our 5 years in business. They include:
Expansion: In response to growing demand, we extended our services into Massachusetts, focusing our efforts primarily in the Southeastern MA and Cape Cod areas, bringing our unique approach to even more families
Recognition: Our founder, Tiesha Sinouthasy, received the Rising Star Award from the Center for Women and Enterprise and the Alumni Achievement Award from Salve Regina University. These honors reflect the dedication and passion that drives Peace of Mind Nannies forward
Community Impact: We’ve supported 317 children, families, and nannies through 481 high-quality childcare placements, approximately 10 professional development opportunities for caregivers, and one-on-one personalized family support
Unwavering Standards: We’ve upheld our commitment to high quality candidates by carefully vetting every childcare provider and providing families with tailored matches based on their unique needs.
