Permanent Nanny

Agency fees include:

  1. Membership fee of $500

  2. Placement Fee

    *Due upon hiring a nanny

    • Includes 3 months of additional babysitting services

    • Part time (minimum 20 hours/week) - 8 weeks of nanny’s annual gross compensation ($5,500 minimum)

    • Full time (40+ hours) live-in nanny - 7 weeks of nanny’s annual gross compensation ($7,000 minimum)

    • Full time (40+ hours) live-out nanny - 6 weeks of nanny’s annual gross compensation ($6,500 minimum)

*Parents are responsible for hiring and legally paying the nanny an hourly rate of $30-35+/hour

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • A nanny works with your family on a consistent basis every week. Their responsibilities are often more extensive than a sitter. Standard child-related responsibilities they may fulfill include supporting families with meeting their child’s developmental milestones (motor skill development, speech, introduction to solids and/or potty training), indoor and outdoor engagement and basic needs (feedings, diapers, naps) while maintaining their safety. 

    Babysitters are responsible for the safety and supervision of children when parents may be home but busy or away, typically for a short period of time. 

  • It can take a family 20 hours or more and 4-6 weeks to hire a nanny on your own. If you’re a busy parent (who isn’t?), you may not have the time to dedicate to a process of interviews and a trial period. Let us do the thorough vetting for you! We have a robust team of 60+ screened nannies looking to work with families like yours!

  • Our nannies are screened via a 6 step process that includes an application, conducting two interviews, obtaining detailed feedback from three professional references and running a comprehensive background check process (national criminal search, sex offender, and motor vehicle check) and a CORI. Only 6% of applicants are accepted to our agency!

  • Absolutely! We require a valid pediatric (child/infant) and/or adult (depending on the child’s age) CPR and First Aid certification. We follow OSHA guidelines for certification which considers online training only (computer-based training without a hands-on skill component or verification of competent skill performance by a qualified trainer) unacceptable for meeting the basic First Aid and CPR requirements.

  • It’s our goal that you find the best nanny for your family! Within the first month of employment, we check in with both the family and nanny individually to ensure the relationship is starting off strong. We’re here to troubleshoot any challenge that may arise. 

    If hiring a replacement nanny is the best option, we offer a one-time search credit based on the length of time the employee remained employed by your family (ie. for 90 days or less, 90% of the placement fee goes towards a new search).

  • Absolutely! We’re the only agency in Massachusetts that specializes in care of those with disabilities. We aren’t a medical company however. We may conduct a home visit to ensure your child’s needs are within the scope of services we provide. Depending on the severity of the medical needs, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

  • Yes we can. We have a diverse team of nannies that are ASL fluent and/or speak more than one language (ie. Spanish, Portuguese, French).

  • We provide nanny services throughout Massachusetts, with many families located in North Andover, Back Bay, Wellesley, Marion and Cape Cod (Falmouth, Chatham).
