We traveled to RI twice and needed a baby sitter. We stumbled upon Peace of Mind Nannies online and have had a wonderful experience with the nanny they provided. The nanny was very professional, came to our hotel with games and activities for the kids (e.g. play-doh, coloring books, bubbles, craft kit). She had training and experience with special needs children and it showed. It provided us peace of mind during the event we attended! I wish there existed more nanny agencies like that!
