Empowering Families Through Care: Tiesha Sinouthasy’s Journey from Social Work to Social Impact
We’re honored to share that our Founder, Tiesha Nieves Sinouthasy, was recently featured in Salve Regina University’s SALVEtoday in an article titled “From Social Work to Social Impact: Tiesha Nieves Sinouthasy ’09 Empowers Families and Caregivers.”
The article shares Tiesha’s journey from her early days at Salve Regina University, where she pursued a degree in social work, to her impactful roles in AmeriCorps, the YMCA, Year Up, and the Swearer Center at Brown University. Throughout her career, Tiesha has remained dedicated to supporting families and caregivers, culminating in the founding of Peace of Mind Nannies in January 2020. Our agency specializes in providing high-quality, reliable childcare for children and young adults, including those on the autism spectrum or with other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Tiesha’s commitment extends beyond childcare; she is an advocate for the professional growth of the childcare industry within the team.
